  • Server Configurations: game server settings, world files, mod configurations, and backups you create through the Service

  • Usage Data: pages visited, features used, actions taken within the dashboard, and interaction patterns

  • Server Logs: game server performance data, console output, and operational logs generated by your hosted servers

  • Payment Provider: Paddle may share transaction status, subscription details, and billing country with us

  • Process payments and manage your subscription through Paddle

We use trusted third-party services to operate the Service. These providers may process your data as described below:

  • Paddle — Merchant of Record for payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing. Paddle processes your payment information directly and is subject to their own privacy policy.
  • Supabase — Database hosting and user authentication. Stores account data and application data.
  • OVHcloud — Infrastructure provider hosting our game servers and platform services in data centers located in the United States and Canada.
  • Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, DNS management, and edge security for our web properties.
  • OpenAI — Powers our AI assistant (Bob) for server management help. Conversation data sent to OpenAI is subject to their data usage policies.
  • Discord — Optional OAuth authentication and community features.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with third parties as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
